Arriving into Oslo, Norway...

This park was amazing! These statues were incredible and they represent a story about the 'circle of life'. They also represent two different approaches to life... one where an individual takes charge of their life, making things happen... versus one where an individual succumbs to whatever life happens to hand them... This was an incredibly-awesome experience!!!
One example... Taking on the challenges & threats in life....
... succumbing to those challenges & threats.
Making things happen...
Succombing to things...
The statue of to the top left is actually a fountain, but the water wasn't running... The 'trees' are representing 'the tree of life'...
The tree of life... adolescence... trying to figure out which path to take...
Notice in this the contrast between the child and the 'elderly'....
Younger on top to progressively older on the bottom... a total of 121 human figures in this...
The 'circle of life'...
Now heading up to the ski jump & ski museum...
No snow... no problem! We saw lots of people 'practicing'...
Notice the troll on the front of the bus...
Another troll... no, not me!
Beautiful views!
Experiencing a museum with an old wooden church and Norwegian architecture...
The Viking museum... These ships had been buried and they were unearthed once they were discovered. .
They were huge!...
This is a photo taken when one of the ships was being unearthed.
